Data Deletion Request

Chatfab AI provides an automated messaging assistant that businesses connect to their own Telegram and Instagram accounts. If you have messaged a business that uses Chatfab AI, you can ask us to erase your conversations and contact details.

How to request deletion

Choose whichever is easier:

• Send a message containing the words DELETE MY DATA to the business account you originally messaged.
• Email aziz.absadirov@icloud.com or aabsadirov@gmail.com from any address, or write to @absadirov on Telegram. Tell us which account you messaged from (your Telegram or Instagram username) and which business you contacted.

We need enough detail to find your record — usually the username you messaged from, or the phone number you gave the business.

What we delete

Once we locate your record, we permanently remove from Chatfab AI's systems:

• every message you sent and every reply you received;
• your conversation records;
• your stored profile — the name, phone number and email address you gave, and any note a member of staff added about you;
• every enquiry record (“lead”) created from your conversation;
• the usage records that measure how long the assistant took to answer you.

This is a permanent deletion, not a hidden flag. The records are removed from the database and cannot be restored afterwards.

What we keep, and why

We keep the platform's own message identifiers — short reference codes with no name, text or contact detail attached. Telegram and Instagram can deliver the same message more than once, and these codes are what stop a repeat delivery from silently recreating the conversation we just erased for you.

Copies held by the business

Chatfab AI runs the assistant on behalf of independent businesses. If the business copied your contact details into its own tools — a CRM system or a spreadsheet it controls — those copies belong to that business, not to us, and we cannot delete them for you. Tell us in your request and we will pass it on to the business, or you can contact the business directly.

How long it takes

Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. In practice we usually complete them within a few working days. We reply to confirm once it is done.

Contact
